At Peak Golf Fitness we build strength and flexibility simultaneously. You will develop core strength, increased mobility, better stability, improved posture and alignment. These are all elements needed for a great swing.

Our program features an individualized 12-week conditioning program designed to help you hit the ball farther and straighter with reduced risk of injury and back pain. Weekly sessions involve evaluation, studio workout and home exercises with an emphasis on posture, breathing, stability, mobility, balance, control, coordination and flexibility in all ranges of motion.

For best results, it is recommended to complete the full 12-week program. Several options are available to continue your fitness program with us including continued private sessions, group classes or sharing your time with a friend. Pricing will be based on Springs Pilates schedule for classes and duet sessions.

Yoga

BEGINNING & INTERMEDIATE YOGA-This yoga class combines breathwork, asanas (poses), and meditation for a well-rounded practice. The asanas are drawn from several disciplines including Hatha, Vini, Vinyasa and Ashtanga to build strength, increase flexibility & improve balance.

RESTORATIVE YOGA-This class allows you to hold & release into certain postures by using blankets, pillows, belts, blocks etc. to completely support the body with no strain. You are left relaxed & rejuvenated with a sense of “openness” in the body & a refreshed spirit. Perfect for both the beginner & advanced yogi. Restorative is truly a gift to yourself, a deeply healing & powerful experience.

Hatha Yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga in the world. Hatha Yoga uses postures (asana) and conscious breathing (Pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength, flexibility and relaxation. Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to the practitioner.
